This is a mount for creality printers to add direct drive, an 18mm sensor and a 5015 fan for better cooling, I have found this mount works very well, the extra weight of the stepper motor has no effect (even on the ender 2). I also changed how it screws on, instead of using the hotend mounts it uses a screw and is a push fit around the hotend mount, this means that the hotend is bolted on to metal and not plastic as I found the plastic mount started to come loose over time.
