I took the existing guide, lengthened the post, and made the blade slightly wider and deeper for use with wood tracks. You will have to shave a little for Carrera track, and much more for Ninco or Scalextric track. I generally print at 100% infill for strength.

Added a second version with a slightly rounded nose and a spacer to lower it slightly into the slot.
