Excalibur (1981 Film)

This is the titular sword from the 1981 film Excalibur. It's based on film stills and some other helpful vids and still images from makers (yeah... Adam Savage again). My completed sword features a metal wire wrapped handle. I made it a broken sword simply because it was one of my early creations and...why waste so much material. Now it can stick out of a wall or desk or dare I say... a stone.

Be sure to sand the blade rod so that it slides into the grip easily. It's easy to push too hard or
