Ender/CR-10 Spool Holder Wall Mount

Parts required:

* 2x M5 nuts - OR - 2x M4 nuts
* 2x M5 10-20mm screws - OR - M4 10-20mm screws
* (#4) screws (not sure what the metric equivalent is, they are 4.4mm holes)

I had originally designed a wall mounted spool holder that included bearings in the spool arm, however they take quite awhile to print. For one or two machines this wouldn't be a problem, but as our print farm expands the time to print just adds up. Not to mention the material and fasteners.
