i3 mega stepper 120mm fan

There are many stepper drivers ducts out there, that i have printed and tried with poor results. The problem with stepper driver ducts is that starting from Y axis the stepper is thrown hot air from the X axis. The Z and E will very often be fine but the Y stepper gets really hot in the i3_mega (if you use TMC2208) which in my case resulted with periodic layer shifts only on the Y.

Additionally duct fan becomes really noisy over time.
