CR-10S S3D Profile and Calibration Files

This is my personal Simplify3D profile that I use for my Creality CR-10S. On my CR-10S, I use a Bondtech BMG extruder so some of my settings are a bit different than what you would be using for bowden setups. I do also use EZABL.
