Bike Link Fidget

I made this about two years ago and have several of them floating around at work. There's [another popular version of this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2049165) that went up a few days after I finished mine, so I never uploaded it, but - after a fair bit of prodding - I'm uploading mine so that there's more options out there.
