Original 3010 fan died and I was able to buy 4010 only.

Bonuses of this remix:

- x-carriage fits Flyingbear Ghost v2
- standard 4010 fan for hotend
- more stable hotend temperature (fan blows to radiator only)

Update 2018.12.02

"flyingbear-ghost-v2-module-4010-optimized" added. I figured out how to update module with less changes in Tinkercad :) This version is much closer to original.
