Shirt clip thing from the 80's

So my Mother in law had one of these plastic shirt clips he had since the 80's. She gave it to my daughter because the shirt she had to wear for a dance recital was too big, and this cinched it up. But it got broken.

So I took some measurements and duplicated it with some slight improvements.
