No wonder my snowblower was overheating so quickly, the fan was in bits. Works much better now.
This fan can print in two halves to join together with 20mm M3 screws and M3 nuts. This way you don't have to dismount the motor. You can also print the full thing if you really want to.
The washer is meant to be glued to the bottom, see photo.
