Optimized BLTouch mounting for Heavy Duty Modular and 5015

The external bracket mounting for the 5015 + BLTouch makes impossible to measure a wide area of the bed, so I created this mouting. Compared to the original one it has a big reduction of the X gap, but a smaller increase of the Y.

From Offset X: (+/-) 58.6 mm to X (+/-) -27.0 mm
From Offset Y: (+/-) -11.0 mm to Y (+/-) -24.0 mm

It can resolve also some incompatibility with Z reinforcing rod brackets in the upper Z position (like in my case)

It works with 30x30 and 40x40 fan.

This
