Created this for my wife as she uses re-usable straws and we had nowhere to dry them. This sticks on a cabinet above our sink to allow the straws to dry and keep them handy.

The holes are 7mm Diameter. Suitable for holding bent straws upright or straight ones when placed horizontally.
