Latrax rally - RC18 wheel adapters

The RC18s dominated at my local carpet track. They are wider and have better options when it comes to wheels (even though they are getting hard to get a hold of), so I made an adapter that not only lets me mount RC18 wheels on my latrax rally, it also makes it wider.
