wrapping paper holder and cutter

My take on the wrapper holder/cutter. Designed from bottom up but not my original idea.

This one is slimmer and more handy on the rolls i have come across. Being both thinner in diameter and wall thickness its also a bit cheaper to print en mass for gifts.

I Put a dab og glue on the scalpel #11 and slide it down the slot with the back of the blade towards the opening to simultaneously strengthen the thin wall there.

I made a round and flat bottomed version to suit everyones tastes.
