This design is made for chucks with M8 nut (wrench size 13 mm), also I added an intermediate gear in order to cover a larger distance. The distance from the chuck bolt to inside (facing the chuck) of the handle is now 64 mm, which should cover also rather large chucks. In addition to that, I increased the gear thickness to 5.5/5 mm (19/40 teeth), making it more robust.
