Egg Base Stand

I Bought several Gemstone Eggs and needed a base. I really liked pmoews Pinecone Finial scan and mixed the base.

The eggs I have measure 67.65mm (2.66 in.) x 50.63 mm (2 in.).
The base/stand measures 28mm (1.10 in.)x 40mm (1.57 In.).

I painted them in Testors Aztek Silver and Gold airbrush paint and cut some walmart red felt i had laying around. I only added felt to the bottom. The top is tight enough to hold the eggs firm, especially after painting.

My family really likes it.
