A mixin of 2/3 other extruder plate with cable holder.

First I've downloaded the set from [SmartBug Wanhao Duplicator 4X Cooling Fan Duct](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:284684), than I printed the cable holder from [pmchealey Wanhao Duplicator 4X Upgrade](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:271656) but didn't please me that well. Finally I was planning on adding the filament filter too but [coderdas "Tube Collar Locks Dust Filter Plate"](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:324946) sorry coderdas Colderstone did it. I will print tonight and post picture
