Swamper Wheels/Tires for 1/64 Hot Wheels

The original wheel/tire came from somewhere on here, but I don't remember who, where, or what they were called. These have been modified and resized to fit most standard Hot Wheels sized cars. I keep trying to find a design I like better than these, but so far these just come out best for me. Maybe for you as well!
