Step 1: Mix the meat with Gyros spices (or spices you prefer)
Step 2: foil in the mold, make sure to have enough foil left to fold it over the meat and press
the mold.
Step 3: Put in the meat, devided evenly
Step 4: Fold the foil over the meat
Step 5: Press the mold
Step 6: take out the meat package and fold neatly.
Step 7: Put in in a fridge or cooler until you need it.
Step 8: Unwrap and put it on a Grill/BBQ
