Handelbar Plugs

These handelbar plugs take alot of abuse on my bike,
so i decided to design my own replacements.
Diameter un-tensioned: 17.9 mm
Max diameter tensioned: 20.0 mm
Head diameter: 25.5 mm
I would recommend printing them at a high layer-resolution
to get a clean looking chamfer. Mine are printed at .01
resolution and 100% infill in PET-G.
You will need one M5x20 flathead screw and a square M5 nut per plug.
