Made a desktop mount for my ES100. Has a cutout for the USB cable as well as the headphone jack. I printed one out of TPU as well as PLA. I recommend the PLA one as it's much more sturdy and you can plug/unplug the cables with one hand since it's so rigid. Use supports for the overhang mount where the screws go.

Fusion file is included if you want to make any modifications.
