This is a modular wall plate to mount the Rogers Smart Home Monitoring touchpad to an existing 2-gang switch box.
In my case, I converted one of the switches into an outlet to power the touch pad. This is a better solution than drilling holes in the walls and running wires along the wall edges, etc as the alarm installers wanted to do.
The plates interlock, with each plate optionally able to attach to the wall. I used a screw, you could use 3M adhesive strips, etc.
