Bosch 1297D quarter sheet sander to 1-1/4" vacuum hose adapter

Sanding quite a lot of drywall joint setting compound was filling my house with dust. Didn't want to shell out $12 for the commercial adapter (RS006) so I modeled up my own.
Colored in the bag adapter end with a Sharpie to make a print onto a sheet of paper.
Scanned as a PDF, opened in AutoCAD to slap on some rough dimensions to get started.
Modeled short rings for the sander end & hose end in Solidworks. Tweaked to get the fit right. Lofted a smooth blend between the final shapes.
