E3D Titan - Palette 2 Extruder Clip

My version of the E3D Titan Extruder Clip for the Palette 2/Pro's output tube. I found [xile6's](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3262585) version but did not like the Titan's bowden tube being the only support, so I made this version from [MosaicResources'](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3245004). Similar to xile6's version, insert a small piece of bowden tube into the Titan's idler arm, cut to about 10mm above the top of the arm and then slide this clip over the bowden tube. Use an M3x4
