USB 3.1 extension cable for hotend cabling

I wanted to make use of a USB extension cable for the hotend wiring. I'm still using a separate pair for the hotend heater, so every line in the USB is dedicated. I've soldered pins to opposite sides of the board and then pushed the connectors over the pins.
