Tronxy X1 Idler Fix and Spacer in one

This is a small fix for the x-axis idler that keeps the belt parallel to the carriage and riding nicely in the 2020 groove. It also replaces the stock washers with something more stable. I've also included a shim for the belt on the back of the x axis.

There is a cutout in the right side assembly to drop the stock nut into before it gets covered.
