Arcade1Up Trackball Upgrade / Replacement 24 Pin Encoder

This is a 24 Pin encoder loosely based on the handmade version RepairCelt describes on his Youtube channel. The purpose is to increase the accuracy and tracking, expecially at high speeds of the Arcade1Up trackball. I have not tested it because I don't have this cabinet. I am putting this out there to be tested. I will update this after testing if tweaks are needed or to confirm it is working fine.

There are two versions one with a taller hub in close to the center. i don't think this is nec
