Fan-shroud for Kossel w/ chinese hotend

Designed this as a replacement for the paper-clip mounting method that came with my [Kossel Mini kit from Blomker](http://blomker.com/index.php?id_product=28&controller=product).
Paperclips works fine but with this you can lower the fan-speed and still get the desired cooling. Also, it looks a bit more neat :)
I printed mine in PLA and was worried about it melting while printing, it sits quite close to the heating block. Having now used it during an eleven-hour marathon print I am now confid
