Kossel Hexagon hotend

This cheap but great hotend diserved it's own effector, As it is quite close to the E3D in design, I borrowed this effector and remixed it in order to fit the hexagon.

Changes are :
- Length adjustment as the hexagon is shorter
- The hole in which the cold-end fits is perfect, but the one in the continuity was too short, so I made it deeper.
- The clamps were a bit too thick to fit where it is supposed to. Guess the design is a bit different than the E3D in the end.
