There are plenty of psu cases on Thingiverse already, but this one has a Wemos D1 Mini with a relay-shield built in, so you can turn your printer on and off using your smartphone, an Octoprint-plugin, via SSH and a physical pushbutton.

Tested with S-360-12 and S-500-12.

Put the Python- and Bash-script in the home folder ( /home/pi/ ) of your OctoPi-installation and make them executable, then add 'source ~/run.sh' to bashrc or zshrc - this will enable you via SSH to use 'relais 1' to switch
