opendive 30mm lens holder

I remodeled the lens holder to fit lenses salvaged from old binoculars. The lenses' dimensions are 30.85mm radius, 6.45mm height on the outside.
After printing these I realised that a second pair of the same lenses and a bit more distance to the smartphone greatly increased the quality of the picture.
