I used .25 layer height for all parts but of course you can print @ a higher resolution if you wish

Retraction settings:

Only retract when crossing open spaces
Minimum Travel for retraction 6mm
Perform retraction during wipe
I did not use 'Avoid crossing outline for travel movements' as this for some reason doesn't print as well especially along the start line/seam.
