This is the energy baton from Futurama. It is a lightsaber-like weapon, although it doesn't cut, it is a blunt object. URL (who I did a model of) and Smitty use them as their primary weapons to stop crime. I designed this in Fusion 360 working off two images. One image is of a build done by Vektor on therebelarmory.com who did an amazing looking real life model out of aluminum. Incredible detail and technical mastery. Worth a look.
