Absolution

This is Fanatic's 'holy' sword, from Sentinels of the Multiverse (copyright Greater Than Games). Included are both the original version from before Fanatic's encounter with Citizen Truth's shield, and the broken version that she nevertheless continued to use afterward (because Fanatic, upon finding her sword broken, merely shrugged and went, "well, I guess it's an axe now").
