Filament storage base- 65mm wide

The original [filament spool upright storage block](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2871630) had blocks that were 52mm, 75mm and 90mm wide. However, I needed something that was 65mm wide for my spools. So here's the customized version for others to use.

At this size, I am able to store 4 spools inside my Ikea shelf.
