RepWalker add on Eyes RA01

This animatronic eyes where inspired by "Dasaki Compact Animatronic Eyes" here on Thingiverse. I changed all dimensions and the layout to make it a little more compact and flat at the nose (it was already a great design), easier to print on my RepRap printer with a layer height of 0.5 mm and to assemble it on top of my RepWalker Mutant RA04: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:326191
