Load Cell Thrust Test Jig

These are parts used to connect a generic HX711/Load Cell combo to a motor with any hole spacing from 16-25mm. The load cell CAD I used was from Juan Mendoza on Grabcad. The cell I have uses M5 screws on the fixed side, and M4 screws on the cantilevered side. Clearance for the (wood) screws is 6mm for the body and 11.5mm for the head.

A calibration weight is basically required to use this scientifically; I use a "American Educational Brass Hooked Weight Set with Hanger, Metric". The cantilev
