Ender 3 MKS Gen L & SKR adapter with micro USB dip.

Thanks to the amazing work of @gtortone and @TotalRetribution I've been willing to mount my MKS in my Creality Ender-3, and I really liked the idea of making the microUSB compatible and full integrated in the stock aluminium case.

So after a few hours, here is my custom version.
