IOM Keel version 2

Keel to IOM version 2. This keel is thinner. Faster boat but there is some risk that it sway a bit. Tests in practice may show how well it works. The keel is assembled with an 8 mm carbon fiber tube. Throughout the keel is a M4 threaded rod mounted that holds a bulb and also acts as an attachment in the boat hull. Otherwise see IOM keel version 1.
