Ender 3 - Filament spool holder upgrade

When printing with the Ender 3, I sometimes encountered the Filament holder nut on the filament side to turn and lock itself down while extruding, leading to much tension on the Extruder stepper motor and even filament skipping.

I therefore designed a custom filament holder on the printer side with a printed retaining ring and on the filament side with a simple edge so the filament does not fall down.
Does the trick for me.
