FT-5 R2 Glass Holder

I found several glass holders for the Folgertech FT-5 but they appeared to be for R1 versions and they would not clear the aluminum heated plate on my R2. This will clear the aluminum plate and uses more common (at least in the southeast US) #4-40 screws instead of metric hardware that is a bit harder to find locally. You will need to print 4 of the holders (one for each corner) and 4 shims (one for each of the center leveling screws). The holders *should* clear most cooling fans and bed levelin
