Endstop Switch Mount on Rod

A simple Endstop Switch Mount:
- Height is switchblock height plus connector height, so those are nicely hidden.

Parameters
- Rod-diameter: I've added 8, 10 and 12 mm STLs
- Wall thickness: for a 8mm rod a 4mm wall thickness might look a bit bulky, for 12mm rod a 4mm wall look just right
- Clamp bolt length, I've set 13mm so the head and nut are sunken
