Ultimaker 2,2+ one piece spool holder

This is a one piece holder that can handle spools with center hole greater than 48 mm and widths up to 70 or 90 mm depending on which file you print.

Enable support for max overhang angle of 45 degrees so center cutout does not need support.

I am printing in PLA at Fast mode but with 3 layers on surfaces and 20% infill.
