This is a Decora Style Low Voltage Switch Insert for a 38x21mm rectangular hole. The hole size can be changed to suit your exact switch. Outer mounting holes are ready to tap #6-32 from top side for standard Decora electrical cover screws. This item NOT for use with 110 or 220-volt household supply. I use them with 12-volt switching and lighting good for RV's and Campers.
