Parametric steam train wheel for Lego

I need proper wheels for steam trains build from Lego. Default lego train wheels are to simple and I find no available models for bigger wheels.

Currently supports:
- number of spokes/beams
- optional counterweight
- optional joint for building power-transmission
- lego-compatible cross for Lego axels

This is still work in progress.
