Anycubic i3 Mega Cover + BLtouch v3

This is my third revision of the x-carriage cover for the Anycubic i3 Mega. As the older revisions it uses two 40mm silent fans but the part cooling fan has been moved to point directly to the nozzle end and it has been placed to keep the cover volume as tight as posible.
