This is a heavy modification of the UFO FPV Goggles, or the Iron Man Goggles which were sold on Banggood.com a few years back.
The original goggles are nowhere to be found, but this should be able to stick to any modified cellphone VR goggles. VR goggles will need to be modified to have a single image instead of two lenses.
