TL-Smoother Plus Case with Vents

I made this remix because I really like 3Deddy's mods to the original design, but don't agree with his statement about the TL-Smoothers only making sense on X and Y. In fact the biggest impact I've seen with smoothers is with the extruder, where it practically eliminated moire & vertical banding - so I needed a single version of the case.

After I changed the dual design to single I figured that my modules seem to be slightly bigger, so I had to make the case a bit wider (3.5mm) and a bit long
