QR-Pi-Case-v3M4S-case-top

The case is @ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3087817 (comes with the stp file, editable in fusion 360 ). I made some modifications to it to allow filament sensor wires, power supply wires from buck converter and GPIO to be access if/when more items are added.
