Revised MK3 Extruder Indirect Filament Sensor

This remix is the product of combining the following two things:

Indirect filament sensor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3223513) by martin_au
Revised MK3 extruder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2843264) by vekoj.

I tried to resist the urge to redesign more than what was needed to add the bearing and I also tried to keep the aesthetic of vekoj's design.
